Annual Reports
The Municipal Annual Report is a legislative requirement that must be available to the public in June of each year. The Report includes audited financial statements, tax exemptions, service and operation plans for the previous year. It also outlines and measures the City’s objectives and priorities.
Strategic & Corporate Plans
Strategies and plans are developed in consultation with Council, Staff and the community, and provide a policy framework to achieve short-terms and long-term goals. These priorities describe what the organization as a whole needs to achieve to be successful in moving towards its vision and mission, and its overall strategic goal.
