Public Hearing & Regular Council Meeting Agendas for Monday, January 13, 2025

The Public Hearing & Regular Meeting of Council will be held at Rossland City Hall Council Chambers starting at 6:00 p.m.

Public Hearing

Item consideration –

  • Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2844 – The applicant would like to amend the Zoning Bylaw with the intent to facilitate a land swap and re-alignment of the Wagon Road around future development along an extended Copper Road.
  • Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2845 – The applicant would like to amend the OCP designations with the intent to facilitate a land swap and re-alignment of the Wagon Road around future development along an extended Copper Road.

Road Closure and Property Disposition

Road Closure Bylaw No. 2846 – The City of Rossland intends to adopt a bylaw that will close a portion of the Wagon Road, remove the highway dedication and transfer ownership of the closed section to Rossland Property Investments, in exchange for a portion of the adjacent property to re-align the Wagon Road
