With all of this snow, ski season is just around the corner! Therefore, with this in mind, please be aware that the City is once again amending normal traffic patterns along a section of Old Red Mountain to/from accessing Red Mountain Resort Base Lodge and associated parking lots. Effective December 5, 2022 (and for the remainder of the 22-23 ski season)
Red Mountain Road (from Base Lodge area to Caldera Road) is once again being temporarily designated as “ONE-WAY” meaning access to the ski hill from Caldera is not possible. Additionally, parked vehicles will be allowed on the appropriate side of this one-way section of Red Mountain Road during the day.
Both the City and RED Mountain Resort will be actively patrolling and monitoring this section of road for continued compliance of these temporary measure.
