Section 127 of the Community Charter requires that a schedule of the date, time and place of all Regular Council Meetings to be held during the year be prepared and made available to the public.
- Regular Meetings of Council are be held on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month, unless otherwise indicated below.
- An asterisk (*) indicates the Regular Council meeting falls on the Tuesday after a Statutory Holiday.
- There is only one Council meeting in the following months: January, March, July, August and December.
- Where a Regular Meeting of Council conflicts with either the AKBLG or UBCM Annual Conference dates, those meeting dates may be amended and approved by Council resolution.

Unless posted otherwise, all Regular Meetings of Council will be taking place at:
Rossland Miners Union Hall, 1765 Columbia Avenue, Rossland BC
Any meetings conducted via Electronic Means will be identified accordingly

As City Hall is expected to move to a new location in 2023, Regular Meetings will also be moved from Miners Hall to the new City Hall Council Chambers.
Further information on timing of this change of location will be provided at a later date.
