The applicant would like to rezone one whole parcel and part of another parcel currently zoned R-1 Residential to R-1I Residential Infill. The properties are located at 2052 Phoenix Ave and 2010 Phoenix Ave (legally described as LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 535 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN EPP40738 and LOT A DISTRICT LOT 535 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN NEP20076).
