Momentum is building for the Trail-Rossland 2026 BC Winter Games following last week’s Key Volunteer Rally and Host Community Sport meetings.
Over 100 passionate volunteers gathered at the Trail Memorial Centre to celebrate the spirit of amateur sport and begin the next phase of planning. At the same time, Provincial Advisors were welcomed to the region and paired with local Sport Chairs to tour venues from Castlegar to Fruitvale.
From mapping out competition logistics to discussing long-term infrastructure upgrades at Red Mountain, these meetings marked a significant step toward hosting a transformative Games experience for athletes and the community alike.
