The Planning Depart is responsible for:
- Implementation of Council directives concerning all land development proposals.
- Assisting the public with the application of all Land Use Regulations.
- Administering the Zoning Regulations, Official Community Plan, other relevant regulations along with ensuring all land development proposals meet the provisions of the Land Title Act and related statutes.
- The municipal mapping program.
- Approving Subdivisions.
