Rossland Seniors Centre
Rossland Branch No. 45 is located at 1916 First Avenue. The Seniors Centre Association, is a registered non-profit organization, that operates on an open-door policy. Membership is available for $10 per year. This contributes to 95% of the free perks available at the Centre. Some of the programs on offer include a quilters guild, an art program, computer programming and skills.

Other Resources and Services
Rossland Food Bank
The Rossland Food Bank The Rossland Food Bank is a Canada Revenue Agency Registered Charity which has operated for over 20 years in the City of Rossland. We are a small, dedicated group whose goal and focus are to help our citizens who are in need, relying solely on the generosity of our community, as well as larger companies who regularly send donations. Confidentiality is assured for everyone who uses the food bank and we issue tax deductible receipts for every donation of $25.00 or over.
Rossland Library
The Rossland Public Library is located at 2180 Columbia Avenue. The library houses books, videos, books on tape, CD’s, and magazines. It also offers computer terminal for word processing, internet and email as well as wireless Internet services for laptop users. There are a variety of reading programs throughout the year including weekly offerings such as Books and Babies, Lego Days and Books for Seniors. Trail FAIR Society (Family and Individual Resource Society)
Providing free, confidential services in the Greater Trail area. Working with families for a strong community. Services available range from Family resources, Counselling, Crisis & Legal Assistance and other community services.
Rossland REAL Food
Rossland REAL Food seeks to encourage the growing of food and the strengthening of local food systems in the community. We do this through a variety of initiatives including: Hosting gardening and other food related workshops The Rossland Community Garden, The Rossland Mountain Market, Edible Garden Tours, Harvest Rescue. Working with the local government to help educate the community about food security issues. By joining the Rossland REAL Food email list you will receive updates on local food initiatives and projects. The coordinators and organizers for Rossland REAL Food are volunteers.
