City of Rossland Planning Department and Partners Win Award For Excellence in Planning.

Planning Institute of B.C. (PIBC) Announces Winners of 2024 Awards for Excellence in Planning


The 2024 PIBC Award winners were announced and recognized on May 8, 2024, after PIBC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo, B.C.

The Institute annually recognizes the professional work and individual accomplishments of members across British Columbia and Yukon through its awards and recognition program. The Awards for Excellence in Planning honour the best in professional planning work undertaken by members.

We are happy to share that we (and our partners CitySpaces Consulting Ltd and Lower Columbia Affordable Housing ) won gold in the AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN PLANNING PRACTICE – SMALL TOWN & RURAL AREAS for our Rossland Yards – Net Zero Ready, Mixed-use Affordable Workforce Housing and City Hall Project.
