The City of Rossland is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the Zoning Bylaw Review and Update project in the City of Rossland. The City is seeking qualified consultant(s) to provide planning, research, drafting, public engagement, and graphic design support services to produce an updated Zoning Bylaw following City Staff direction.

The goal of the Project is a complete revised Zoning Bylaw that complies in all respects with current legislative requirements, is internally consistent, and is a highly practical tool for City Staff while also being understandable to the general public.

How to Apply

One (1) electronic version of the Proposal supplied via email in pdf format with completed appendices signed by a person authorized to legally bind the Proponent to the statements made in the response to this RFP. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on June 6, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted with the following subject line to:

Please note the following:

It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure the City receives their Proposal prior to the closing time and date. All costs to prepare the Proposal shall be borne solely by the Proponent.
Late proposals will NOT be accepted.
The computer clock in the offices of the City of Rossland determines the official closing time for this RFP.
Facsimile (fax) or hardcopy proposals for this RFP will NOT be accepted.
Proposals will NOT be opened in public.
