Public Consultation Notice – 2023-2027 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2824
In accordance with Section 165(2) of the Community Charter, which allows for Council to amend the financial plan by bylaw at any time after its adoption, Rossland City Council invites the public to provide written submissions (in for the form of comments or questions) regarding the 2023-2027 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2824
The public consultation process will be held (along with any other scheduled public hearings) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 11th, 2023 at Rossland City Council Chambers – 1920 Third Avenue.
A copy of the proposed bylaw amendment may be inspected at Rossland City Hall, located at 1920 Third Avenue, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday or viewed here -> 2023-2027 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2824
Any questions or comments regarding the proposed 2023-2027 Financial Plan amendments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Friday, December 8th, 2023 to:
