A Special Meeting of Council has been called on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. pursuant section 127(4) of the Community Charter, notice of a special council meeting may be waived by unanimous vote of all council members.
If notice is waived by unanimous vote, Council will recess to a Special In-Camera Meeting pursuant to section 90 (1)(g) litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality, of the Community Charter.
