Public Hearing – 953 Redstone Drive – Zoning Amendment P-3 to C-3

Rezoning Application – 953 Redstone Dr. Lot 17 & Lot 18


A public hearing will be held in person on Monday July 11th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting is to give all persons, who deem they have an interest in the Zoning Amendment Bylaw, No. 2791, an opportunity to be heard. The meeting will be held in the Rossland Miners’ Hall. 1765 Columbia Ave.

The proposed bylaw will amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2518 so that the land shown on the map attached is rezoned from P-3 to C-3. The property is located at 953 Redstone Dr (Legally described as PARCEL 1 (REFERENCE PLAN 2347I) OF DISTRICT LOT 931 KOOTENAY DISTRICT EXCEPT PLANS 2848, NEP83231, NEP83293, NEP87056, EPP2679, EPP36435, EPP13868, EPP43979, EPP55039 AND EPP73249). These two lots are also a part of a planned 18 lot subdivision. At present the applicant is planning multi-unit residential/accommodation units on this property.
