In accordance with Section 165(2) of the Community Charter, which allows for Council to amend the financial plan by bylaw at any time after its adoption, Rossland City Council invites the public to provide written submissions (in for the form of comments or questions) regarding the 2025-2029 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2854.
The public consultation process will be held (along with any other scheduled public hearings) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8th, 2025, at City Council Chambers – 1920 Third Avenue, Rossland, BC.
A copy of the proposed bylaw amendment may be inspected at Rossland City Hall, located at 1920 Third Avenue, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or viewed at https://rossland.civicweb.net/document/51607.
Any questions or comments regarding the proposed 2025-2029 Financial Plan amendments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, via email to: cfo@rossland.ca.
