Public Consultation on the Draft 2026-2030 Financial Plan Bylaw
The Public Consultation will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The City of Rossland, in accordance with the Community Charter, is required to adopt a Five-Year Financial Plan Bylaw each year. The Financial Plan must be adopted prior to May 15 of each year. Council must undertake a process of public consultation regarding the proposed financial plan before it is adopted.

The City’s Financial Plan includes decisions about general City operations and determinations regarding proposed taxation, utility rates, and service levels provided to the community. Additionally, it provides information regarding the City’s proposed capital improvement program for the years to come.
