The City of Rossland will be removing a limited number of trees in the lower section of Rossglen Park (Skills Park) to facilitate access for storage of excess excavation material generated through capital infrastructure projects.
Prior to any tree removal, a bird nesting survey will be conducted in accordance with environmental best practices.
During this work, public access to the Skills Park will be limited.
The City appreciates the community’s understanding as we responsibly manage materials associated with essential infrastructure.
