- This week City crews completed boulevard final grading, topsoil placement, and grass seeding.
- Road is now fully open.
- Water truck will be periodically passing through the site to water the grass seed in the coming weeks.
Monday June 15, 2026
- Paving has been completed
- Next steps – shouldering/placing top soil on boulevard and grass seed.
- PLEASE – Follow all posted signage and directions from traffic control personnel
Monday June 8th, 2026
- Sanitary installation – complete
- Asphalt removal – complete
Cook Ave Paving – Monday June 8th – Wednesday June 10th. Delayed
Update: Tuesday June 9th – Due to the weather paving has been delayed until later in the week. We appreciate your understanding.
What to expect:
- Temporary road closures and/or limited access on Cook Avenue during paving activities
- Short delays and detours in the surrounding area
- Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times
- Cook Avenue may be closed to through traffic at times while paving is underway.
Residents are asked to:
- Avoid parking on the road during paving
work - Follow all posted signage and directions
from traffic control personnel
