The City of Rossland is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a firm to provide Municipal Engineering and Urban Design consulting services on an “on call” basis. Successful Proponents will assist The City by delivering support related to the maintenance, rehabilitation, and/ or replacement of municipal infrastructure as well as planning and development.

No verbal conversations will affect or modify the terms of this Proposal or may be relied upon by any Proponent. All Addenda will be incorporated into and become part of the Proposal. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to monitor the website regularly to ensure that they have received all Addenda information.

Closing Date and Time: Standing Offer proposals must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. PST on October 23rd, 2024
Questions, requests for information, technical inquiries, and clarifications may be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. PST on October 18th, 2024.
Final addenda to this RFP will be posted no later than 2:00 p.m. PST on October 23rd, 2024.
