The City of Rossland is requesting a Proposal from a qualified professional engineering firm to complete a Dam Safety Review of the Centre Star Gulch Dam. The successful Proponent will assist The City by determining whether the Centre Star Reservoir is safe as per Division 4 of the Dam Safety Regulation.
