Questions, requests for information, technical inquiries, and clarifications may be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. PST on February 19th, 2026.

Final addenda to this RFP will be posted no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on February 19th, 2026.

Please note the following:

• It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure the City receives their Proposal prior to the stated Closing Time. 
• The computer clock in the offices of the City of Rossland determines the official Closing Time for this RFP.
• Late Proposals will not be accepted. 
• Facsimile (fax) or hard copy Proposals will not be accepted.
