| In accordance with Section 86 of the Community Charter, Council for the City of Rossland proposes to proceed with the adoption of Bylaw No. 2474, a Loan Authorization Bylaw intended to authorize the borrowing of up to $1,000,000 (one million) as the City’s share of the funding required to undertake Arena Upgrades and Roof Replacement. |
